Default Little s/c teaser

Hopefully I will have my shaft in soon and the s/c will be up. The problems I had been having with my s/c only ____ed me off and made me want to mod more lol.

In the mean time I picked up another piece of the puzzle, just barely fits, I think this will be a first on scionlife, hopefully the results will be good.

Sure I could use meth injection, but that is more expensive, just as complex, and I don't like the idea of refilling things in the car other than those things necessary.

Air-water intercooler. It will make more sense as I piece more of it together. Just did the initial test fit today and its a go.

Indeed, it will get better as the weeks progress. I'm real busy with school lately so I expect to have it done maybe around spring break or so. Still need pump, lines, heat exchanger, injectors, plugs etc. Vortech uses these on all their kits and in theory it should help a lot, but we shall see, i'll be the guinea pig lol.

I will have some dyno results once everything is done as I'm going to need a retune for the 11.5psi pulley anyway. I will have a 9.5psi base tune to wok off of though I dynoed 220hp and 190tq in the summer on dynapack.

different design, but not the first. dan garner has the first and only only trd a2w intercooler for his s/c.

i don't count things done by TURD Racing Developement, as I will now refer to them forever, I am grinding off anything trd from my supercharger btw! I'm talking low budget diy not a project backed by a multimillion dollar corporation/race team. More importantly thats the first and only like you said, my idea is off the shelf, anyone can do it.

of course anyone can do it. it's not rocket science and doesn't require $1M.
I already spec'd my own a few months ago but other projects have taken priority. I believe a2w is the only way to go with this s/c design.
just mentioned yours wasn't the first.

good luck with yours.

yup I agree a/w is the way to go with our setup, most of the vortech kits come with one also.
good luck with yours.

Ive seen coblat kids run the a/w intercooler with the heat exchanger and it drastically cools temps from what they say
