LOL What the hell is that.

That doesn't even LOOK real. They could of attempted to make it look nice instead of "Heres a hood... Now we add this fake plastic thing" look.

I hope they go out of business so they can stop trying to replace the Civic with the tC.

that has gotta be the number 2 on my list of absolute crap car mods (number one being a cardboard body kit).

The scoop is not our company's product, sample image that was emailed in from Viniatit Customz. We have asked for pictures on a car painted however at current time one has not been submitted. We are showing what’s available through all manufactures for the Scion tC no matter what our personal tastes may be.

Do not tell me that you are planning on carrying that item?

I'd rather glue a fireman's helmet on my hood than that thing!

That’s your opinion, others may find it appealing.

 Man, I wouldn't get that.

And if I did, I would go C.O.D. after first inspecting it and looking it over. I wouldn't pay anything in advance to Duwayne/Quick. He still hasn't paid a friend of mine back.

They might find glueing a firemans helmet to their hood more appealing also

It wouldn't be bad, if it was at least functional.

aarontrini85
01-26-2005, 01:58 PM
the only way that wouldnt be bad is if it was real like you said but they even left nasty gaps on it and in pic 3 it doesnt look centerd

How can that even be called a "scoop". Where would the air go if the air could go somewhere? It looks like the end of a wrench. :nope:

genuine58

The production piece will have an opening for air and will be flush mount. I'm guessing that is what is throwing most people off, but I might also alter the height.

A lot of you guys posting are missing it...these scoops can be molded into the hood,... LOL, It would be cheaper than a hood and it would look great, you guys are bashing the hell out of products. Where are the 50 people that sent me e-mails on this piece, please post so we can bend a neg. post into a positive one. It is just too damn gloomy here! :)

I apprecaite all opinions tho..thank you, please reply on any altercations that u see fit that would improve this scoop...Do you guys even like hood scoops? which ones

not that it would make much difference but don't you think this would actually be counter productive to a very small extent with a bulky thing on your hood with a flat forward surface bringing up wind resistance and slowing it down. it might not be toooo horrible if it was an actuall hood that was functional and not a bolt on piece of ____.
