Default SUPERCHARGER PROBLEM

Alright.. my buddy has the TRD supercharger on his Tc. He recently bought a Uni-chip with a base tune for the supercharger on it. For whatever reason, his cars shuts off after 3.5k ... any ideas? solutions? I dont know a whole lot about the situation yet but ill find out more and post. Thanks for the help!

might have been poorly tuned? you should take it to a unichip installer/tuner, make sure it is connected properly and get it tuned to work for his tc.

it shouldn't be plug and play since the unichip is not pretuned for that...also it could be a simple fix, check the vaccum line and make sure it actually has a line connected and capped and that there are no leaks...this happened to me after my first tune when they forgot to put the cap back on it
