Any radio shack or electronics store will have everything you need to do this.

unless for some completely unnessecary reason you've downloaded the Kanji font programs.... you realize that that's not JAPANESE you're seeing on the screen?!? It's random crap your english language computer inserted becuase it couldn't translate the charactors. Your friend can speak all the Japanese he wants - but he aint going to read that.

BTW --- it would be a lot easier to just translate the page with Google or Babelfish or something instead of waiting for some friend.
