Default ECU fuse location?

Is the ECU fuse that I need to remove for an ECU reset #3 in the fuse box located under the hood? If not can someone please tell me where it is located? I was also wondering how long I need to remove it for for the ECU to reset? I have seen some posts that say 15 minutes and I thought that was a long time.
