Upgraded Radiator for automatics?
Im wanting to get a new radiator for my car because its getting extremely hot sometimes.. i was looking at the mishimoto and saw its only made for manuals? so what can i do? anyone know of any nice radiators i can buy that also have a trans cooler in them for the automatics?
Just use a seperate trans cooler and get the mishimoto
The trans coolers built into the radiator is usually just like a single line ran through the radiator - not to good at cooling a built tranny ;) Go for something like what i plan on running - one from hayden designed for cooling 22,000lb motor homes towing stuff

ya i got a seperate trans cooler but im still iffy.. lol my bay got so hot last night .. it was raining and there was smoke coming off my hood while i was driving cuz the hood was so hot..
damn thats pretty hot - do you ahve a sep water temp guage to monitor actualy water temp? (instead of hot/cold lol) I was looking at using a lower temp thermostat - i believe the one that comes with the supercharger is a 160 - just dont know where to find them
Stock fans are fine - youre just lucky youre turbo isnt trying to occupy the same space as them lol like mine adding another fan wont help much as your coolant temps seem fine - for some reason it seems your engine bay temps are high - what manifold are you using?
could be - see any carbon build up on anything? If you have a big exhaust leak you will most likely get a nice carbon buildup somewhere in the engine bay
Also are you running an open wg dump or do you at least have a tube to take it out of the engine bay?
