i like the way my car handles right know. I had it in mexico up to 106 with no wobbles or that feeling oh my god but i would like to lower it by a inch all the way around.Trd says that the springs will lower it 1 inch all the way around but do i need the struts too. i due not want to change the struts yet i would jsut like tighter cornering. Will this work? :?:  I am telling everybody spend a day down in rocky point and on the way open it up and see the power. 80+ in flat curves. Mexico does not bank there curves it is a flat turn.

Not sure what model you have, but I had TRD springs added on my 05 xb with the stock struts. Yes you can feel a difference on the cornering and they are a slight bit stiffer than stock, not too much. The gap in the fender well looks a whole lot better too.

your struts wont last as long if you dont change them out. if you hit a big pothole it could blow the strut. since the strut pole or whatever will be an inch lower inside the casing, it wont have as much free travel as it would with stock springs

i have an xA and i just went ahead and put the trd shocks, struts, and springs in (well had the dealership do it) but it lowered the weeee little car about an inch and a half it definatly hugs the road..... all i need now is rims and tires and it will stick to the road like its a fly stuck on fly paper and one more thing .......... i've gotten it up to 115mph before i started getting nervous but that was before it was lowered
