Default Circuitcross @ VIR Feb.22... Scions invited!!

A circuitcross, some of you may not know what this is, it is an autocross run on a roadcoarse. No added cones. Ran this event last year and it was a blast. This year we will plan to head down there with our tC as well to get some more exposure. Also that weekend there, an endurance kart race is also happinging and Ptuning will compile a team for that! Im thinking Ross, myself, and Toan.

link for circuitcross sign-up: https://secure.drivenasa.com/event/819 read description to more understand event.

link for satrurday's Kart endurance race, $70 is for team. https://secure.drivenasa.com/event/818

roll call:

1. Justin- xA
2. Ross M.- tC

yep yep. People from Scionnoics are attending and we have one kart team already.

looks like maybe 5 scions will be competing in the circuitcross as well. Auto-x on a roadcoarse, no cones.

Yeah that's what we had for the SCCA event (Autox on a road course). Except we had cones lining the course.

As of now, I will be there with NASA on the main course that weekend. And I might be doing the karting Sat. night with some guys from school, so watch out.

I'll post up if things change.

entry list is up... now im not an expert on gambling or anything, but if I were to choose the 3 slowest vehicles, it would be the volvo, the old Austin Healey, and the xA

http://www.get-fast.net/nasacross/022209res_raw.htm results. I ended up doing very well, my suspension changes worked for me. And the group that went with me faired very well, especially considering it was there first real track event!!

it's crazy, hopefully these results will give motivation to Scion people, not every day does an xA beat out Z06 corvettes, STI's , Evo's, Porshes, Turbo 350z's, Supras.... Im tickled!
