So for anyone who knows this is the deal. Saturday the 17th of January at 6pm. AMF Shady Grove. IF you come I will need a head count cause I will have to make reservations for the amount of people playing/lanes.

You are welcome to bring guests and what not. If you are not bowling there is still the bar. Chances are you'll see me there drinking heavily! So there is the time and date, sign up here please so I can get an even head count, it is very hard for me to keep up with five different websites. Thank you.

Supposedly this specific bowling alley has had a makeover since out last GTG. It's right off of 270 and 355 (Rockville Pike/Wisconsin Ave/Fredrick Rd.)

 

FYI; if you are going to the 300 at shady grove, you should make reservations, they told us that you have to make reservations 3 days in advance if u r making them. We went on saturday night, got there at 830 and there was a 2.5 HOUR wait to bowl. the place was packed, but it is SWEETi n there. full bar and all. you can see pics on their site.

 

Yea hes talking about 300 so.... if we can get a quick maybe/yes we can look into a reservation possibly....


Tony might wanna shoot for next saturday/sunday for people to clear plans.

Ok so far I have talked with a few people and it seems like it might be best to push back the GTG one week. Saturday night might work out better for those old enough to drink, ect.

Update: So here's the run down. I stopped by the AMF 300 which is what it's called now. Holy poop is it fancy. Looks a whole bunch better then Strike Bethesda and even the employees were wearing hotelesque uniforms. The bar looks nice and the lanes are great. Here's the bad news they don't take reservations. So it looks like we are going to have to play it by ear. Me personally I'm down just to hang out with everyone and drink all night.

Price wise it's it's not so bad $8 per person and another 5 for rental shoes. The lanes look decent enough if you got your own stuff. It's going to be fun!
