Might be moving from Texas to california shortly here. Unfortunately it is also the same time my vehicle registration is due. Actually registration = January and Safety Inspection = February.

How much does it cost to get the car registered in California? I'm at a crossroads here due to the timing and it was several hundred to have my vehicle registered in Texas in the first place! (non resident fee was $100 alone!)
