That happened to me like a few weeks ago, I drove it one exit, off the ramp and right to a gas station (coudnt of been more than a few hundred feet) and my tire was demolished. Came right off the car. Think I was going on my rims for a few feet

This coudnt of caused any damage right? I have no CEL or anything

 

^ Why would the check ENGINE light come on for blowing out a tire? If anything, the TPMS sensor light would be on.

That car does come with run flats because it does not come with a spare tire that the owner could have put on to make it to the place to get a new tire. I still can't believe she would drive like that. It looks new enough she probably still had roadside. Some people shouldn't be driving.
