alright well let me start off by saying, i just received my full refund for the CF kaminari hood i did not receive. his reasons for not shipping i'm not going to reveal or comment on but i understood and excepted it.

what i am upset about is that it took so long to receive the refund. the whole transaction took place on november 10th and 15th. i paid in 2 payments. i just got the rest of the refund today.

the question is why would he have spent the money i sent him before shipping out the hood knowing he couldnt get it out to me? last he told me was that it was boxed up ready to ship out, and now i gotta wait for him to get paid so he can refund me? not cool.


basically i'm just warning people what kind of person he is and this is not how to do business. if you have personal things going on and your selling something, dont go off and spend the money before you get the product out.


and i know i'll expect a PM or AIM message threating me for my life from him, but oh well. thats the least of my worries.

dude, he probably had it all planned out to be shipped, but then when fed ex or ups arrived to get it, they probably looked at the size and said that it has to be shipped freight service charge, which is outrageous and extremely cost prohibitive. which is why he is selling it locally now so that whoever buys it can come and get it or he can deliver it himself.

this guy has had some problems selling parts here, but whenever the buyer has been unhappy with the item, he has given them a full refund.

 

i'm not complaining about that, my only complaint was how long it took him to refund me... i would've understood if he didnt wanna pay that much for shipping, but before committing to ship me the hood for $650 shipped he should've looked into it and not spent the money i sent him before getting the hood out or refunding me...

he learned and now is selling the hood locally... which is a good thing... but i'm just saying to those who are getting stuff shipped from him to be careful... that's all

 

First of all, I am not a scammer. Second of all, I have never shipped freight before, so it made me a little weary as I thought it would be easy at first. I spent the money on my really sick back then dog if you really wanted to know why.

 

By the way, I have sold my turbo kit (used), gauges (pretty much sold), stock head (used), and flywheel (new). No problems at all.

 

Flint, you should get paid some interest, you gave him a loan.

 

first of all i never called you a scammer neil, i simply said you shouldn't have spent MY money, end of story. the story you first told me was you were crying over a break up and yes your dog was sick, but that doesnt make it right spending my money on your dog and me have to wait for you to get paid to get a refund. i'm glad for those who bought stuff off you ACTUALLY got the parts in. i'm surprised even...

 

I had the same problem with KillaSmit.. Took me Having Cops go to his house and threating him with a lawsuit and being arrested for theft to do anything.. took me 6 months

Sucks man.. atleast its over.. people like that kill online car communities and should be baned from selling on the forum.
