For you guys and girls that work out with weights ?
Hey everyone. this is just a question for those of you guys and girls that work out with weights. How much do you do on the leg press? I had someone tell me a few months ago that the weight i do on it isn't natural and I must be on some juice.
I'm 5'6 about 190lbs.
I was doing Ten 45lbs plates on each side of the leg press. This guy that was a lot taller then me and a hell of a lot wider muscle wise up top. asked me what I was on. I looked at him and said what. he said are you taking anything to be able to move that much weight. I never thought there was anything not right about being able to do that much weight with my legs with out having to inject anything.
does anyone else thing that is un natural. I don't know why I started thinking about this today, but I would like to here from other people thank you.
