Hey guys not sure if you guys had this problem... I noticed today that my driver side power door botton wont work when it comes to locking the doors ... My passenger side power door works to lock and unlock but my drivers side only unlocks does not lock for some reason. If i want to lock it i need to do it manually.. anyone has had this problem? If so what did you do to fix it?

 

have you taken the battery out of line prior to this.......could be bad connection or bad fuse also.....at worst it could be the button its self as the fuse should blow before the motor.

 

imma check it out one more time but somewhere i read that sometimes it has to do with the new body ecu that toyota uses on the new cars and sometimes thats a sign of your ecu goin bad not sure if thats true or not... i hope not

 

thats weird......the good news if it is the button they can be found regualrly on ebay for about $15.....I got two whole door panels with all the controls in them for $50 and shipping.

 

i hope that would be all it is if thats the case then great i hope thats the worst it can be
