How do you remove the sun visors?

How do you remove the sun visors?

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to remove the visors without destroying the plastic covers?

the cover should just pop off it has 4 claws 1 in each corner . then the visor has 2 clips holding it on . the visor holder you turn about 45 deg and pull it out
