NST Pulley Install Questions

NST Pulley Install Questions
Well I just received my pulley from NST today. Got a few questions for those gurus who have done this before or have similiar experience.
1. Where in the hell is the idler pulley that I need to take the belt off? Hell, where is the point to take it off?
2. What does the crank bolt need to be torqued to?
3. Does anyone have a diagram of the belt?
4. This goes without saying . . . are their any instructions on how to install this PITA?
Thanks.

Ok, so after discussing this over with my buddy with a tC, he explained about just as much as I knew but suggested I check the tC forums.
Having that bright idea, I searched through the tC threads and came to this conclusion:
1. Take off wheel.
2. Turn wheel to the right so you have access to more room.
3. Take off panel covering crank pulley using a small screwdriver.
4. Using an impact, loosen crank bolt with belt still on. Do not back screw out all the way.
5. Using the belt tensioning mechanism and a breaker bar, take belt off by pulling towards the front of the car with the breaker bar.
6. Using a pulley removal tool, take off crank pulley.
7. Put new crank pulley on, then tap the crank pulley using a wooden block.
8. Using an impact gun, tighten the crank bolt.
8. Torque crank bolt to 110 ft/lbs.
9. Reinstall belt using the tensioner mechanism (and a second person to manuever the belt).
10. Turn on car and check.
Im sure I missed some details, but thats what I need everyone to critique.
I unfortunately wasn't able to do this install tonight as I don't have a second person and I don't have the pulley puller necessary to remove the pulley.

i did mine over a year ago, so i'm a bit rusty on this. i had a pulley puller avail at the time of the install, but didn't need it. the crank pulley just came off. i'm not saying that will be the case when you do it... also, if you start at the bottom and work your way up with the belt, you can install it yourself. i was in your same boat and did it on my own. not sure if this will help you or not, but you should have no trouble. just make sure you have a friend avail if you run into problems. good luck.

All done. Wasnt hard at all. My crank pulley came off with a little pulling. Not bad at all. Took me about 45 mins to do it. I had to drive to Advanced Auto once to replace the belt as the one I bought previously was too small. The one I bought was perfect fit.
I will do a write up for the DIYers in a little bit.
