I want to access the rear speakers so that i can tap the wires for amp. How do i remove the panels?

you need to remove the hex bolts on the hooks. After that just pull on the panel and the clips will un-snap.

CAUTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
rear seat mounts on side need to be removed as well trust me mu xb is completely stiped wright now . if you are carefull you can tap rear speakers with out complete removal remove 4 allen bolts for cargo net pull out panel speaker conections
