Hey all. Early last winter I mashed up the front of my xB (who put that snowbank there?!) and damaged enough of it to need to replace both the skirt and bumper. At the time I took it to a local bodyshop who suggested that I just get an aftermarket kit since his only OEM part source was via the local 'yota dealership (which up here charges *Massive* markup). Taking his advice (and getting kinda exited about having my first car with a bodykit) I bought the AIT Diablo kit, which was gorgeous... for about 3 weeks until the snow *^&&ed it up again for me. Long story short fiberglass body kits (that are about 1.5" lower than oem, not to mention the car being pretty low in the first place) do not mix well with canadian winters =/.

I've now decided to go back to OEM (even though I initially even bought a replacement front bumper), cos this just can't stand up to the amount of driving I need to do. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to where a good place to get parts is? I'll need to either ship them to Canada or there's a place in NY that will hold them until I can drive down and get 'em. I found Sparks Scion (via Scionlife, woot!) that seems like they have good prices, anyone have any experience with them?

I'm gonna need quite a bit of stuff: front bumper, rear bumper, skirt all around, etc.

Also, pm me if anyone needs a diablo front bumper, lol!

Pics of the carnage would be nice.
For OEM used body parts I like to hit www.car-part.com to find good used pieces and sometimes you find stuff already in the right color. Most plases will ship too. Good luck man.

@TheCCBox, lol, sweet. I don't think my insurance would be so kind since I'm not even supposed to modify the car, lol...

I'll take some pics but I don't want to post 'em until my box is respectable looking again :nails:

thanks for the tips though =D
