Does anyone have these installed if so do you have a pic and can you post it? How does it ride firm or soft?

i know this isnt much help but i would have got them if they had came out 6 months ago. and my inquiry email was rather coldly responded to. something to the effect of 'we have no release date and youll see them when you see them. so stop bothering us'

but i have goldlines now (so they lost that sale) and they are sweet.

Tein was one of the first to say they would have springs out and they ended up being very late to the game. but for 139.00 (adventon.com) thats a relatively cheap experiment. dont like em? put em on the ebay or on here. 1.7 up front and 1.5 in the back is the same as the tanabe NF. but i havent seen anybody post those either.

I have S-Techs on my Matrix XR and the ride is nice, not too harsh, and not too soft. I guess I'd have to give you a ride in it. Oops, sorry, I know you wanted info for the xB. Overall though, I've been very happy w/ them, and would have gotten them if they would have been released early on.

i have them on my 99 galant v6 the ride is the same as eibach for the galant, so i would say they are a good spring. nice ride not to soft not to firm(just right!)

Here is a response that will answer your question about a SCION! I have these on my 05 xb with 17" rims 40mm offset and 215/40/R17 tires i have never rubbed and the car RIDES LIKE A DREAM.

i really like these springs
especially compared to Espelir(too tall)
and Goldline(low enough but ride suffers)

I've got em. Great ride. Great stance. Much better than stock.

I put the s-techs on my 05 Xb. I'm rolling on 18's it looks real clean. Now the car handles like a big go cart. Its great I love the way it handles. Rides just as smooth as it did before.

where would be a good place too look for these springs

Just had mine installed yesterday. Riding on 18" and it is a great ride. Nice and smooooooth!

Ebay is almost always the cheapest. Tein makes good springs.

After removing the front struts to install any spring on our cars, do they require an alignment adjustment?

I have them on 17"s. The ride is good. A slight bit rougher than stock. Handling is improved and doesn't feel as harsh in corners.

Not sure if I needed an alignment after installation.
Drives the same way.
But it's almost been a year with the xB, so I need an alignment anyways.

the ride to me is pretty similar to stock. I noticed a big difference in handling, very little body roll

Those of you on stock shocks/struts, did you get an alignment after installing? I really hate to install them and not get an alignment and destroy a brand new 18" tire.

I don't know if anyone in my area would be able to align a lowered Scion, besides the dealer.

if they have a recent alignment machine they all have all specs pre-programmed and updates are monthly
I work for VW dealer and our new machine has Scion Specifications and a help section with photos

the rear does not adjust so watch out what they charge you for

there's a couple shops that I would trust to do it probably... but in the small town I live in, if it's not a OVERLY LOUD 4x4 pickup, they can't work on it.

Ive had them for about a year now and the ride as good now as the first day I put them on and Im rolling on 19s
