There are a few large clubs in the area. Scion Evolution, Scikotics, Scion Xclusive, Team Echo... I think there might be another one that I'm forgetting, I've been out of the club scene for a while.

If you're not looking to join a club, there will be some shows pretty soon. Head to those, you'll find most of the clubs represented there, as well as us freelancers.

If you decide to join a club, just be sure it's NOT a rowdy one...food for thought!

Actually, if you really want to join a club, go to a couple meetings of each club. Get a feel for the members. Each club has a slightly different personality... pick the one that you get along with the best.

Don't feel pressured to club up... most are welcoming to people just dropping in.

if you want old but cool people go to scikotics, if you want young and old and somewhat nice people haha go to scion evolutions

.. would second what burst said, go to meeting see what is a good fit for you. I kinda of browsed around but found Team Echo was a good fit. Not saying that the others were bad just not for me. Tho a lot of Team Echo ppl are not that far from you in the NW burbs lol.

you've got several SE members by you! im in northlake along w/ two others, few in melrose park, elmhurst, even one in FP. we have our usual meetings at our dealership and once in a while i open up the shop that i work at for installs. its the shell gas station in northlake on north ave. like today for instance

im near franklin park, but not in a team. unfortunately my work schedule has me on nights and weekends so it makes it difficult to make it to meetings.

unless teams are meeting on sundays or mondays i'm out.

SE meets in Elmhurst, that's pretty much all I know.

i tink usually the first and/or last friday of the month and like 2nd wednesday maybe? (not sure never been to one as i'm 3 hours away) if you go to scionevolution.org/form and read under the chicago area you might find it unless ecks or criminal come on here and let you know
