yes, thats the idea.
what i was really wondering is about the bpv hose... if i can hook it up to a hose-pipe fitting and put a pipe nut on it to hold it onto the coupler..
ill just try it, thanks for all the input...

I thought about doing that, but i need to keep my redtop and didnt want to move it to the trunk. I realized the reason the s/c has the manifold is that the manifold allows you to make a sharp 90 degree bend in a lot less space than a silicon elbow. I have some pictures in my "s/c teaser" thread. I trimmed the battery tray and pointed the manifold straight down. Then i want to slap a 3" filter straight on the manifold and run a blow-thru setup.
Thats my idea, the s/c manifold doesn't cause you to loose any hp and its not a restriction so not really worth it to change too many things around. Those small braile batteries are a lot of money.

i just dont like all the twists and turns the pipe makes to get to the filter lol
im putting the battery in the trunk and i want the filter to aim forwards instead of take air from the whel well
the only tricky part is making the bpv outlet go back into the turbine housing w/o passing the maf
if i dont hook up the bpv outlet to the s/c, i know ill run it lean or something but will it damage the engine?
