Default Wiring help from someone who may know

OK i was in an accident a couple months back and the insurance company kinda screwed me....now i am left with a half repaired box..... I am only having problems with the wiring now....everything works fine with the exception of the parking lights headlights foglights and dash illumination......I cant track the problem....fuses seem fine and there doesnt seem to be a relay running these things alone all the relays ive looked into effect another system that works fine......please help people need the turbo toaster back on the road....I thought maybe the switch on the steering column went bad but that just seems unlikely.....please help

What repairs were done? Might help to diagnose what is wrong.

Double check the fuses with a meter...even with a brand new fuse.

I have had fuses that looked fine, but did not read continuous on a meter. Also, some may read fine, but may fail under load. The lighting circuit has a fairly heavy load.
