Default No Dash Turn Signal Indicators...

So tuesday, I unwrapped the xB after letting her sit during the winter... Ploped her new battery in her, cycled the key a few times to make sure the fuel system was primed, and she started right up as if I last drove her yesterday. I let her just sit in the driveway and idle for a good 20 minutes while I put all the plastics back on, and once she warmed up she purred like a kitten... drove her around the block a couple times and noticed that my front turn signals are no longer working, and the dash indicator was flashing fast. took her on a few errands, grocery store, bank, picked up a hooker. nothing to strenuious and only took surface streets to get all the fluids going again... on my drive the dash indicators just stopped working for the turn signals. Stopped and checked all the underhood fuses and they are all peachy... bought replacment bulbs and they didnt change it... and all my wiring is solid... even pulled the cluster and checked the LEDs... and they are good

Im confuzzled

there should be...

if you hear a click then your relay should be good....if you dont then that might be your problem

Maybe it was the Hooker, sabotaging them ROFL

Anyways, the lights outside work, the fuses are fine, the relay is clicking and the LEDs in the cluster are fine, right? What about the Hazards?? and I DON"T mean Bo & Luke.

Played around a little bit with a multimeter last night

Neither of the light work as far as turn signals go, but light for the parking lights, front or rear, all bulbs have been replaced... Im getting power to the colsole, but the lights on the console arent working, but the relays are clicking... and Im getting power to them, but not from them...

So the outside lights don't work either? or just the cluster?? Did you check/change the flasher? Also, the relay may click and still be bad, if the secondary contacts aren't completing the circuit

Hey, get on IM.

underhood as in "under the hood in the engine compartment", or as is in "in the engine compartment and by my left knee"?

Bubbles knows where the fuses are, he's blown most of them at one point.

I'm thinking a Resistor in the cluster (try a different cluster) or the flasher module (replace it)

Im going to kill Amanda for giving me that nickname... But yes... there really isnt a fuse that I havnt blown in this car... the one that really hates me is the one for the ECU, I think the ground on my Emanage is weird...

Im thinking that it might be the relays... I am gonna try to find me a toyo in the junkyard this weekend when I go hunting for Saturn body panels, so we will have to see what I can find... Cuz there is no power coming out of them, but there is power going in and they are clicking away...

Well, let us know if you find some, if not, you might have to justify me going to Skycraft ans getting them there.
