Okay, so before I get yelled at, lol, I already searched, but nothing to relevant helped me out.

Okay so my question is, what's the story on Goldline springs? They're not on ebay, only three people have em in the "Post Pics of your lowered tc" thread, and there isn't much talk about them.

My first thought was they sucked of course, but after some searching around the web, I found they were more expensive than even Stechs.

The reason I ask is because I was going to buy some used ones at a pretty decent price so I just wanted your guys' expert opinions before I go and make a mistake.



If it makes a difference: I'm not too rough of a driver, I'm going to stick with stock shocks for a little while, money's kind of an issue at the moment, and I'm riding on the stock set of rims and tires.

Well I don't have them on my tC, but I had them on my 98 neon. I never had a problem with them and they are still going strong since my brother still has the car. They are kind of bouncy but I think the quality is fairly good. They might be different for the tc.

Thanks. And one more thing to anyone who has/had them, did you cut your bumper, and if so, by how much?

^cut your bumper? you mean bump-stops?

you will most likely have to cut about half of your bump stops depending on the drop.

ive never used goldlines, why not go with something more reputable? well known?

well that's what I was going to do at first. I had my heart set on Stechs, but then I found this good deal on the used Goldlines and I figured they aren't too bad if they're more expensive retail.

Goldline is a very reputable company as a matter of fact. They only made them for the tC for about a year or so, so only a few owners managed to get a set.

Yea, I would say go for it. What is the drop on them?

From what I remember, I believe its two inches all around.

Its cool, I looked it up. It is 2" all around.

I have em on my car and I luv em! I never had any problems with them and I had them almost 2yrs.
