Yes, thru RC INJECTORS we offer High & Low Impedance Injector sets so it depends on what the application calls for.

Its dual feed so if you are only using one side then yes use the other for return. My custom fuel rail has two feeds but one is plugged and the other I am using. I use a Aeromotive bypass regulator for the return not the rail.
