Default Install with Pioneer AVH-P5000DVD

So i found one of these for under 400. and im REALLY considering it. my question is what do i need to install it. like what really goes into installing a flip model into my car. i was looking at some kennwoods and clarion's but for the price, brand, style (blue!), and look. The p5000 looks way better than the jensens i w was looking at. so help me out. what do i need. if i want to be able to do the following

1. Install myself
2. Play my ipod touch or video through it. using the touch screen
3. install myself and not break it
4. Bypass so i movies will play will moving.
5. Personal reviews and maybe comparable brand/models in the same price range.
6. NOT BREAK IT

Thanks :D
hi JIM

it's the same as installing any other radio..
buy a dash kit, and wiring harness
check pioneer.com or read the manul when you buy it to see what ipod adapter is needed with that radio
to bypass movies you need to replicate the parking brake sequence by using a switch..
if you want reviews go to google and type in
"pioneer avh-p5000dvd" reviews
and search

and not trying to be rude but you've been on these forums a while.. did you ever read "the end all sticky" at the top of the ICE & Interior page? it lists all the parts you'll need to install the radio.. the dash kit comes with directions on how to remove and install the new radio

I dont know if you can install a switch on that 5000dvd or not... I know on the new avic series decks have a gyroscope built in so grounding the parking brake doesnt work anymore, you have to repin the harness. check online for sure though dont quote me on that just giving my two cents
