changing 2008 tc navigation unit welcome screen

changing 2008 tc navigation unit welcome screen
hey guys
i got a 2008 tc with the optional navigation installed into it. my question is, is there any way i can change the startup/welcome screen from the scion emblem to something i want or just turn it off? i have researched like crazy to see if i can and havent found anything so im thinking that there is no way possible. if i can, how do i go about changing it? also, does anybody know if i can get a european navigation cd for the unit? im stationed in germany right now. thanx alot for your help.
