Default HVAC LED problem

So I have the LEDs switched out in my HVAC but haven't gotten around to changing the resistors. They've been dim for a few months now until a few days ago, the left half of the HVAC went completely out. The right half is still lit and dim (except the outside temperature button) and the bright LEDs still work that indicate whether the A/C etc. is on.

I'm not very familiar with electrical components (someone did the LEDs for me). I have a 2006 tC. I tried unhooking the battery. This happened after I had a dent repaired at a body shop so I don't know if they messed with it...any help is appreciated.

Definitely a bad connection. Could be an led that died as well, but you should check solder joints first.

Some guy on this forum who used to have a tC...I have a lot of LED work left to do on top of this problem but it's almost impossible to find anyone to drive to around here.

If you're interested in helping me out send me a PM. We can discuss what I need done and I'm willing to mail the parts out. Thanks.
