Default Mospeedtc BIO!!TEASER PIC PG7!!02-12-10

Well since Ive seen a few ppl post up "project" threads ansd Im bored I thought why not. Imma start with where my car was stock then take it to where it is now. Will also update it as things change and with me they always do.

Ok so never took a pic of it stock so just found some random pic online saw the car while picking up some floor mats for my dads tacoma and just had to have it (FM FTW). oh and it was a AUTO

first mods I wanted to do was ad a little go since I knew I would be weighing my car down with lots audio and other blingy show ish.
-Turbonetics kit, guages, 18" speedy lite 8's, tsudo cat-back, and a CF hood, headlights, strut bar, 20%tint all around

After a few months of enjoying the extra speed, car went to the audio shop for some video/audio and other interior items.
-Two tone leather, painted dash pieces, custom alpine system, alpine doubledin, headrest monitors, Ksport coils, shift boot, tinted tails.

now fast foward about a month I have a friend paint my car for me.
-Two tone paint( Solar orange, and magnetic black pearl), shaved garnish and black sprayed intercooler. swapped hood out for an AIT vented hood, CF latches and sides of hood painted black

mods become scarce as I become broke. So I start doing some "inexpensive" mods. wire loom paint engine accents

almost a year goes by and Im about done with my tires , SO I just get a new set of wheels to along with it. Around the same time Ptuning introduced us to the best exhaust on the market (**** kisser I know), snatched up one of those too.
-18" ASA JH8's, extended wheel studs, muteki lug nuts. visor monitors,
PTUNING turbo back exhaust

Some time went by and I hated the tan/gray head liner and trunk liner, along with some more paint work
-Graphic, painted head and tail lights, Dyed headliner, painted trunk trim, NRG quick release, steering wheel, and a nitrous dual purge system.

NOW!!!!!!
I am done with the whole show scene it was fun but it just seems to have died down a bit since I first got into it. I wanted to take a different direction with the car. Aftre see Ptuning do the whole TA things I thought whynot give it a try. My car is now under the knife for going from my DD showcar to my DD track car :D
List of things being done-
-PTUNING SS turbo "tuner" kit w/ water/meth kit( kept my Emanage ult. so no need for new management)--waiting for kit to come in
- Auto to 5 speed conversion.---- transmission is in car, I have 3 pedals now YAY,
Got TRD LSD, Exedy stage 2 clutch and fidanza flywheel put in.
-17x8 5Zigen fno1r-c's painted black with orange lip by yours truly
- Revven vented CF hood, and VIS carbon hatch (needs to be recleared)
- motor mounts
-Ptuning custom harness bar
-Sparco chrono road seats,Gforce 4 point harness w/ camlock
- wrinkle black painted valve cover and spark plug cover (painted by me, I love the fumes )
- GUTTED interior (sold all my ish, it was sad to it go)

to be done
- new coils, upgrade brakes, repaint car, bumpers w/ lip kit, tinted tails again, wire looms coming off

BIG THANKS to Ptuning for all the help and advice they have provided the past 2 1/2 years. Plus I know my cvar is in good hands with them

will update when things change or are added ENJOY AND CRITIQUE( pos and neg comments welcome my e-feelings wont be hurt)
that was alot

Ive gotten a few PM's about the swap. if anyone hasnt read through this thread gots some good info
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=162694

Ptuning is doing the swap for me and has helped me through the entire process. I feel they can provide better info than myself
note it is VERY time consuming and costly.
