Default Best Coilover for tC, opinions please?

Hey I was looking to upgrade my tC with Coilovers and I was wondering what is recommended for handling and a nice drop. I know someone might have posted this before but I wanna hear people's opinions now. Would appreciate it if you can tell me which one's are good and why. Thank you!

all coilovers are adjustable.
what matters for handling is the spring rate.
from the ones i've seen the fronts range from like 6kg to 8kg
and the rears go for about 8kg to 10kg.
just do some searches they'res so many out there
cant really pick and chose the best.

I just picked up some Tein SSP coils with EDFC controller. I have to say I love em. The handling is significantly better around corners and at the softest setting, my ride feels like butter :D. It can get a bit rough on bad roads but this is a sacrifice you have to be willing to make, if you wanna get any coils. Any who, dont get these coils if your not willing to get the EDFC controller.

There is no reason not to the get the coils without that EDFC controller. I have them sitting in my back room waiting for a warm day right now.. and no EDFC. I autox, and following the rules you cannot have an EDFC on the car, so I wont be getting one. You just have to play around and get a good balance between street and track for the damping.

The real question is if you are really going to go to the trouble of setting optimal ride height, corner balancing and tuning it properly. If you are that serious about handling, then get the coils. If you just want to drop the car and make it handle nicer, but arent going to need much more than that, save yourself the money and get a setup like the TRD springs or something similar. They are not too far off the optimal drop (1.4 inches) for this cars handling and are a good balance between daily driver and performance. I have autox'd on that setup for 2 years and they have done great. And honestly, if I wasnt trying to get more and more out of the car for autox I would probably stay with it rather than going to 550 lb springs on my daily driver

But if you want coils, I think the best bang for your buck that most people find on the tC are the ss-p's .

I agree the SSPs are the best bang for the buck. Awesome ride, but what I meant with the EDFC is that if your deciding to buy the Teins..you might as well get the EDFC because thats what there known for. This is what makes them stand out amongst a sea of coilovers.

engifineer,
I was wondering why you didn't comment about the statement "all coilovers are adjustable"
