The new TRD Rear Sway has been released to the warehouses and will reach us late next week. New Endlinks and a new design are part of the new number, PTR11-52091.

Finally!

I doubt if they will sell very many with the new increased price. The whole Hotchkis kit only runs $25 more.
Thanks for the update though, appreciate you keeping us in the loop when new releases are available.

So what is the benefit over the old design? My old one still works just fine.
The price increase is way too much for just a rear sway bar. Like CIONIDE said, you can get the hotchkis kit for a little bit more.

Not sure what the new enhancements are but definitely a good mod for those looking for a better handling vehicle. Do yourself a favor and skip the front sways and just stick w the rears.....
On a FWD car with most all the weight in the front of the car the front tires receive all of the front motion and lateral traction....I see many people getting the front stabilizer first which does reduce body lean but also creates a ton more understeer which make the front tires inners break traction coming into corners defeating the whole purpose in the first place.
I'd opt to go w/ the rear stabilizers first because although the big rear bar won't give you much lateral grip up front, it will however give you some of that traction back so you can come out of turns accelerating while still keepign planted. Most xB's won't come into turns so fast as to need so much minimization of body roll assuming the car already has a competent set of coilovers..... so stabilizers would help mostly in the harder turns hence the need for more traction rather than minimize lean.
good mod! anyone looking to really upgrade their driving potential should invest in the front and rear sways.... but if i had to get one I'd work on traction first!

I made a post about this redesign before, here is the difference:
