Had some spare time and wanted to do something different on the front of our xB2 grills...we have a few Scion fanatics in our circle of friends...

These can also be done on the TCs as well...the install is easier on the TC grill...

We water-jetted them from T6061 Brushed Aluminum...and it bolts over the stock badge location...there is an oval piece that covers the entire back area and doubles as a washer for the stainless hexbolts...so these pieces basically sandwich the existing grill...

The one pictured (not Transformers related at all) has the oval section cut-out...

And the Transformers Autobot one was done tonight as a test...I will be switching to this version for some pics...and we hope to have the Decepticon version tomorrow evening...

Our immediate thoughts are to perhaps have them anodized different colors...or keep them polished...

hey man transformers emblems are great and classic awesome-ness. Dont make my tC transforme and kick your butt LOL

 

I'm not saying the Transformers aren't awesome. There's probably only a handful of people on here that are old enough to remember the original cartoons. But putting the emblems on your car is something ricers did about 10 yrs ago.

Strongly agree. Transformer logos on vehicles is lame. Every time I see it or hear someone talking about it I immediately think about this picture.
