yeah it is illegal but i no ppl that do it and it ____es me off. i no of ppl that have leased cars bought an extra cluster on ebay put that one in ranked up miles then put there original one back in when there lease is up ..

still, this will be good for others as i am willing to trade MY LOWER MILEAGE for their HIGHER MILEAGE

I would definitely swap this for my HVAC. Only problem my team tech says it that 07 HVACs won't work with 09's. So I guess I'm out of luck. :?

i also have a friend who works at toyota that told me all HVAC & guage clusters are same throughout all the years
sure, the 08+ guage clusters looks different, but the wiring for all them are the same

If you look at your radio, there are 2 screws on both sides on the front black plastic part. unscrew those, and unclip everything around it, and you can take it off. that's where all the LED's are located and if we just swap that, it would be lighter to ship the front face, than the whole radio.
