I searched to see if i could find a diagram for the h11 relay. (im doing a retro) and found this.....
http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j170/patsellscars/diagram-1.jpg

This is exactly what i just got in but i dont have a negative wire for the negative side of the battery?? And where the bulb plug connector is one of the wires is split out that goes to a ground wire.. i think.
So do i need a positive wire to go to the battery or do i just use the grounds off the relay that have been given?

I am pretty sure you need the power wire, that is the whole point of the relay is to run the power through it so it doesn't fry the factory wiring.

you don't need a "negative" wire, just attach the red wire (positive) to the battery and find somewhere under the good and attach the blackwire(ground)

I have the red wire to go to the positive side of the battery but i was just wondering if i was missing one to the neg side. So im guessing i just use the grounds?

you are not missing anything, the black wire goes between a screw

^ I bought mines from 3b too cheapest price I found. The second picture looks weird. Mines doesn't have that ground wire running out like that.

Ok. The very first picture you posted you have the ground wires from each plug running back to the relay and then a single ground running from the relay. The one you got in the mail doesn't have the ground wires running back to the relay but instead running straight to a ground.
