Default new system in the future

I want to get a new headunit/speakers/tweaters/subs. i have 2 12's and a 400watt amp chillen in my basement already. the subs are Autotek and the amp is Powerbass. Any suggestions? I listen to rap/pop punk/hardcore. im kind of on a budget so i dont want to go too crazy. just something that sounds good and that'll give me the bump i need.

$1000 is actually a pretty decent budget to work with. Definitely start off with good power, ground wire, and distribution blocks, then work your way up from there.

check out sonicelectronix.com, hifisoundconnection.com or hookedontronics.com when you go to purchase because they have a little bit of everything and a lot lower prices than most places
