hey guys im almost finished with my retofit and i had a few questions before i finish er up.
1. What kind of paint can i use to black out the orange sidemarker that will be easy to apply and wont fade or crack?
2. I want to put in ccfl halos but i dont know if there supplied measurments from oznium will fit in my headlights. (they can only make custom fittings if bought in bulk) The only thing i have is a ruler lol and i know it needs to be more precise than that. 3. I remember seeing a post somewhere on here on how to aim your projectors correctly but i cant find it anymore. Anyone have a link for me?

 

the halo's from oznium won't work, i dont think. they're only for the stock headlights pre-2008. try bmw halo's. do some research outside of SL to find their measurements. with aiming the projectors, i don't really know much about that.

 

found a good guide on a rsx forum to aim them.

no clue on the paint. you still doing a retro in those ebay headlights? if so i dont think you'll be able to find any CCFLs that will replace or fit them?

 

yeah im still doing them lol I havent had a lot of time lately so i just had one whole day to get them set up. But there mounted! And every things in!

man i really wanna put in those halos!!

 

give umnitza a call. they have plenty of different ring sizes and they helped me pick out the right size when i did my retros and before they had the real ccfl for oem 05-07 headlights.

 

Wow dude, i wish i had the skills to do a retrofit project.

 

honestly im young and dont have a crap load of knowledge about technical stuff like this. You just gotta study what your doing and have a really creative mind to figure out how to make it work. Cuse everything wont go the way you want it too.
