all of a sudden when i start my car and try to drive somewhere it like putters when i hit the gas..like sort of a delay kinda...anyone else had this problem or know what it could be??

 

Fuel Pump?

 

bad gas the blends have changed octane boost or burst it takes like 12 hours for boost to work

 

or dirty air filter...

 

Check that all your vacuum/inlet/outlet hoses and electrical sensors haven't become dislodged. Then disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and reconnect it.

the weird thing is my cel isnt on

 

had the same problem sat morning i think it was my maf so i just reset the ecu by unplugging the battery for 1 min and then car was fine its not the first time it happens to me ever 4 months or so when the temps drastically get warmer then usual

 

takes 12 hours for boost to kick in? Man thats some serious turbo lag - thats like putting this turbo on your tc :D 12 hrs to spool :D haah i couldnt resist



As for real reasons - its either most likely dirty maf or dirty air filter - that orrrr a glitch during maf or 02 sensor reading caused an out of whack fuel trim - ive seen that many times Easily fixed by resetting the ecu - accomplished by unhooking the batt for 10-15 min
