Hey everyone. We're gauging interest for another front lip for the tC. We know a lot of people don't like the holes that are in the current RS1 front lip. Below are a few photoshop's where the holes are filled in.

The RS2 front lip is expected to be completed by the end of August. For quality control, we will be shipping out one production piece to ensure that the fitment is acceptable. Once test fitment has been made and we are satisfied with the product, we will ship out a mass production batch.

yeah i saw this little while back and really liked them because they didnt have those holes, then it kinda disappeared.... whats the price gonna be? the same?

what will it be made of ? because if it is fiberglass ill pass. carbon fiber or poly urethane would be sick.

the original RS1 lip looks good, but it seriously looks like someone took a civic mugen lip and slapped it on!

I think it looks good. I am not sure if I would remove my current 5Axis front lip for this lip. But I do like how the RS2 lip looks. I also feel it should be made from poly urethane. If made with poly urethane, I would consider buying it.

Personally, I feel the changes to the RS2 lip (as minor as they are) just gave it the 1-up on the OEM lip. I really like the "hole-less" version!

Surprised a lot of people have not heard about it.

I remember I made a thread on showing the process of the making of my lip and some guy posted "You should have just bought my fierce lip"

It would be a good idea to make it in poly urethane though, mines sort of abs plastic/ fiber glass. I'm not sure what the fierce lip for viniati is

This is the lip you guys should have come out first, I'm sold on this lip if it comes out! Throw a group buy and I'm in. Start selling these and everyone will sell their RS1 front lips to get these new ones.

I think it should only be offered in CF & whatever other material they choose to use (like fiberglass, etc.) that you can paint yourself or something.

Basically like the RS1, just a different style lip.

I'm going to hold out on making any decisions on group buy pricing as well as the full kit pricing.. It will be more than the RS1 full kit price but not significantly higher. The RS1 kit has been deeply discounted because its a 4 year old part

The RS2 lip will fix the fitment issue with the lower grill. We're also having the rest of the fitment looked at to see if any improvements can be made.

I received an email and refund from them stating that their manufacturer is having issues with the production materials and wont make their deadline. They said they weren't comfortable holding my money with no ETA so they refunded me.

RacingSolution any guesstimate on when they will be ready? You think by springtime? What were the issues with it? Bad fitment? The new front lip without the holes and whole kit looks really nice. Hopefully it turns out well for you and everyone else. I am sure it will be worth the wait. I just hope it doesn't get cancelled altogether.

Actually fitment was great. It was materials issue with the manufacturer.. The lip won't be cancelled.. When I get more info I'll pass it along
