I have searched for different ways to mod the 2008 tail lights, so far all ive seen are the black overlays on the top part of the tail light and just smoking it with something like vht nite shades. I was wondering if anyone had done anything else (like taken it apart and done something to the inside). I like the design of them, but i dont like the red...

 

cory (yellowxhoodie) cracked them open and painted the 3 red circles black and the rings around them white.
