Default energy suspension xb motor mount on xa feedback post-install

Everything when pretty smooth with one exception. not sure if the xb is different or ES sent the wrong size pin for the rear motor mount. the pin was about a half inch too long. I took a set of calipers and measured the width of the poly insert and cut the metal insert down to size....cleaned it up with a file and went in smooth. not sure why the metal bushing came wider than the ply insert....makes no sense to me.... just a heads up if you run into this....cut it down before trying the bolt the tranny up.

kit is for xb1 and installed on xa. these inserts are awesome. way better than doing it the home depot diy method. car is more responsive and feels snappier :-D still dont know why that one pin was longer cause when i cross-referenced the stock part numbers for all of the motor mount hardware, the numbers matched up. maybe i missed something. the write up that came with the inserts clearly stated that the longer pin was included and needed to go on the RR mount. I highly recommend these.

Was there a good reason you replaced these? Just wondering. Sometimes they can have negative effects as well
