05 hvac not work in 08 tc?
So i bought a new waterfall and got a free hvac with it im trying to put up on ebay. Thing is i dont know if it works because though i can turn my hazard lights on with it i cant see anything / adjust temperatures with it. I assume this is because of the passenger air bag stuff on the 08 hvac vs. the non passenger airbag on this unit? Anyone know how i can find out if this 05 hvac is still functional?

The board changed in 08.
An 05-06 is interchangeable. The 07+ models are also interchangeable. The 09 has a "max ac function" but it works on the 07 - 08 models from my experience. All it does is turn the recirc on if you go full cold on AC and says "MAX AC" on the display.
