yea the back of them has a place for the bulbs to twist into. our cars come pre wired for fog lights the plugs are already in the car.

I'd be painting it myself, I have 2-part and a HVLP gun. Not much point in me getting OEM style carbon though just to paint over it. Good luck with the sale.
