I'm finally adding an "M" to my license and needed something to go pick up a bike. My xB's already been converted with a wheelchair ramp, so my mind got to wandering. The result, this gorgeous 1981 Honda CM400A on bamboo with a power winch for good measure. Oh, and the bike's an automatic.

Well, it's a scooter... it just has larger wheels than most scooters (and doesn't have pedals). It rides smoother, though. I have the 50cc version, but they also make a 150cc version of the same scooter that goes 70 MPH, so the larger wheels (and larger brakes) are needed.
It's a Kymco "People 50". Great little scooter. It goes 40 MPH and gets close to 100 MPG. I've had it for 8 years and have put about 2,000 miles on it. I don't use it that much, but it's fun around town.

Bikes are meant to be ridden.... why drive it around in the bed of a truck? You completely missed the question there kiddo... and yes, Im so happy that you got your jet ski!
Also, my monetary intake has nothing to do with this thread, so lets just go ahead and leave that out of it...

Agree with ya RedneckwithanxB i see trucks cruise around with a bike in the bed its like why not just drive it??lol well to the op to bad toyota does not have a motorcycle..
and sometimes, it's just nice to not have to worry about getting your ___ ran over by someone else's driving error.
i can understand what your saying brainneeded but out were im at its not the case.I see people in there old school truck's with airbags etc and a bike in the back for looks.as for the the reason that its a track bike and do not want a ticket ive seen more of those on the road than regular bikes.Kinda lame that it has become more of a cool factor.

Wooo! Back from the dead and all!
For the wheel gap, that will be taken care of shortly. Already have these, just need to figure out where to mount the air tank.

As for packing instead of riding, I'm only one driver. I've gone to car and bike shows and entered BOTH, and it doesn't work so well the other way, Honda rides fine but is kinda hard to tow the xB with. Also,if you're going for a long weekend, it's nice to be able to pack the bike, a tent, cooler, clothes, etc. all in the car, and have a/c, rather than riding 12 hours on an overstuffed (and unstable) bike.
Also, next year I will be racing a 1978 GS 750, it will be open header with no lighting or license, so can't drive it. The xB will become my default race trailer. I'm pretty sure it will be the only turbo'd, self propelled trailer at the event.
