Default Golden rule: "Dont boost on a budget." but....

I dont know much about the kit. It seems legitimate. They're located here in Arizona. Any locals/or force inducted specialists know any knowledge on this kit?

to op if you plan on going this route you had better know your ish about boost so you can figure out whats wrong when ish goes south. The wastgate maybe an ebay speacial as well as the turbo which are not known for reliability. Id ask questions and get info about the turbo, wastgate, and bov. Find out what brands they are, stick with known brands.

i dont know about this kit... the DP looks to have a 5 bolt pattern meaning the turbo "should" be internally wastegated, but there is an external wastegate in the kit...

IMO, i would save up for a reputable kit, that way you know youre getting quality parts and not ebay knock-offs

and oh about the manifold, high quality cast will not leak like stainless steel..
stainless steel > cast

The old Ford style 5 bolt turbine housing come in 2 fashions: Externally gated or gate port design. Regardless of which design used, it will work either way.

For the $$ you may have to put into the garbage components in there, you'd be better off with our kit, which comes complete bolt-on.

The quality is worth the piece of mind.

Very true. Ive been boosted with dezod's s1 kit for a few months now and havent had any problems yet. im just enjoying the boost and not worrying about breaking down. Not to mention they have the best customer service i had ever experienced. Dezod FTW.

I run a catless turbo setup, and have been with a drift exhaust, and no problems where I live in riverside, and I usally have a cop behind me for a few blocks at least once a week. The economy has stuck the california law enforcment hard, they don't have extra cops to sweat people on little stuff like modified cars right now.

As for the OP, that down pipe looks 3 feet long.... Is that a picture of the actual kit? And a true-bolt on kit that is tC specific wouldn't need a sperate piece for the BOV, the BOV flange would be incroperated in the the actual design on the IC piping, just my 2 cents...

And also if you are trying to boost on a budget...which should never be done, but are looking to savee a little bit of money on a kit, you can always buy a used trusted name kit, I gave ebay a quick look right now, and there is used dezod, and turbonetics kits on there right now, and a brand new in box turbo toyotas kit on there also

Save and go with a trusted company. Good things come to those who wait. I'm four months away from starting my setup and I waited for two years. And remember you still need a decent tune, gauges, and fuel management plus a decent flowing exhaust.

Sound performance kit is on sale, $4,450.00 add $500 for ball bearing. comes with everything and return fuel setup. I make 310whp at 10 psi, you do the math compared to other kits.
www.spracingonline.com I would recommend a dezod black box if you can find one, makes all the difference with the afc Neo this kit comes with.
