If you're that worried just stick with the OEM stuff. You should never reuse old oil anyway..if you find yourself having to switch it out then buy it new.

the only reason i ask cause i heard some people kept there old oil just in case....but once it its the pan or what ever you put it in it can get stuff in it....so i guess the answer is no recycle it....never reuse the oil unless you absolute have too..

NEVER reuse old oil..you run the chance of causing even worse problems. You're gonna put all that nasty crap that was filtered out from it's original use back into the car and you could seriously mess some ish up that way.

How is changing your tranny fluid going to void your warranty? :eyebrow:
and agreed never put old crap back in. My warranty must have been voided long ago by changing my oil in the engine.

i don't know, i figured i was going to keep it if my tranny was giving me problems after i switched to mt90...but it makes no sense to put dirty fluid back in..

So then why are you keeping it if it makes no sense to you? lol the only reason it would void your warranty is if it caused a problem in which case you probably ****** up and used the wrong oil
