Default Universal Exhaust

SO i was wondering whats everyone take on using a universal muffler and making my own piping for it ??? Me and my buddy are looking for a welding project and i thought of putting a new exhaust in the my tc. IF i go with universal muffler what should i get and would it be cheaper mines the materials coast such as piping and stuff.

Yea bro I went custom with mine......me and my friend at the local muffler shop put mines together......I got this muffler and it sounds GREAT. I even have headers, s-pipe, highflow cat, and downpipe and isn't raspy at all

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-FIR...Q5fAccessories

Or you can search around and find another one you might like.....I think it is alot cheaper than buy like an axleback or cat back or w.e

If ur gonna use a Universal muffler check out HKS' Canisters or Megan or any of them.

Go with a magnaflow straight through. Best flow without the raspy popcorn sound.

are there any universal N1 type exhausts that are the size of a Tsudo N1 or HKS Hi-powered? most of the universal N1 cans i see out there are long when it comes to the muffler. Tsudo and HKS Hi-powered made for our cars have a certain size to them and i cant seem to find one that matches or closely matches its dimensions.

just get a hks muffler, that is used on the high power... and

uscg - how on earth do you have a header, downpipe, and a s pipe........if your car is not turbo'd then you have no downpipe. and if it is turbo'd and you do have a downpipe, you have no header

hhhhmmmmm I don't know then......I thought the piece that connects from the s-pipe to the axle-back part was the downpipe......it houses my high-flow cat
