Default Noise coming from driver's side

I just noticed this week that when I drive over small bumps in the road, a knocking or clicking noise happens. It feels like it is coming from the front left tire. I checked the tire and it is not flat and recently got tire rotation and wheel balance. I also got the lugs tightened. Earlier tonight I tested it driving over a metal plate from the road construction and the noise was louder. I could sometimes feel the clicking or knocking when I am slowly braking while driving over small bumps in the road. My car is lowered with H&R Sport springs on stock shocks. I wonder if the shock is cracked or blown? Loose bolt in the shocks? CAI off it's mount? I hope I can get this fixed soon. Thanks everyone!

Check the bolts and make sure they're tight...if so then most likey your shock is blown...same thing is happening to my best friend at the moment...
