Ok so...my headlight is out and I thought it was just a simple bulb change that was needed. Then I find this. First I thought it was a frayed wired but it turned out to be more when I took out the bulb. Any one know how much this piece costs? Part number? I'd rather fix it myself than shell out a buttload of money to the dealership or mechanic.

 

get a new pigtail adapter ~$10 bucks

 

is that the brown part or the maroon? can i also get it at auto shops like pep boys?

 

yeah, pep boys might have it. (I never looked for one there)

WOW that happend to me too man and trust me you wont find it at pepboys or autozone tried that already.

looks like a loose connector or dirt on the plug. A friend of mine had this problem too and it was fixed but replacing the plug(as every one here knows). Keep it clean!!!
