Default What else do I need....

and what do you recommend???

I bought the ZPI stage 0 kit off a member here and it includes:

Pillar Pod
Cobalt EGT
Cobalt Boost
AEM Wideband
Emanage blue w/ pressure sensor
ZPI 16g turbo/manifold
Turbo Concepts 38mm wastegate with a 6psi spring already installed
550cc PNP injectors
Golden Eagle Vacuum block

What I need are:

05 Greddy PNP harness for the Emanage
BOV but what kind?
Intercooler w/piping...

What do you guys recommend? I DO NOT want to cut my bumper! I have VRD fog lights and want to keep them! Will any BOV work? and where can i get a PNP harness for a good price?

Thanks in advance for all your help,
Hung

You can get a pnp harness in the classifieds sometimes. But if you cant find it there try dezod.com

BOV wise its all personal preference
hope this helps man.

bov get one that will match the flange on your intercooler piping! and for fuel management sell the emanage blue and either get the aem fic with harness or get the greddy ultimate with harness. people have gotten alot of problems with the emanage.

Before you do anything else, throw out that WG and buy a TiAL.

you cant get just any intercooler/piping
most piping does not fit well with the location of the zpi turbo. most likely people custom or buy a used zpi intercooler kit

best wishes!

I have a ZPI kit with a Turbo Toyotas intercooler kit. It can be done, you just have to clock the turbo down to fit the piping.

you shouldnt have to cut into your bumper as well just because you have VRDS, the piping should fit. my bf has the dezod s1 kit and has VRD's, everything fits, i know you have a completely different kit but it doesnt hurt to try it out fitment wise, GL with everything !

and as far as a piggyback goes, definately agree with what m6ar2cel6oTC said, get the AEM FIC or the greddy ultimate they are one of the better ones out there. Some places do not like to tune the FIC so a lot of people get the ultimate but either of those 2 get, get rid of the BLUE lol

There are more problems reported problems with the F/IC then any other form of engine management out for the tC. If you have a problem with a blue box, then you have done something wrong.

My boy Preston that runs the (what was called) T.E.A kit with the upgraded turbo, has been on the Blue box for 2 years and has only had his car tuned Once. And he doesn't even have the Pressure sensor. His car runs perfect 11's A/F ratio at wot.

I know what you need, get rid of that crappy ZPI Manifold. Theres a nice shiny turbotoyotas replacement for sale in the classifieds

really though, you may want to learn all you can about having a turbo'd car first before you slap this on... and ditch the emanage blue... its total garbage. Ultimate of FIC is the only way to go.

Ive had no problems with the fic and its def the most feature packed for the price. I lvoe having direct injector control, 02 spoofing, and map sensor all in one package The blue is def okay for low boost never heard of any real issues with it i just dont like modifying maf values to get desired fuel.
