Header Polishing
So I was a lil bored today, and wanted to do something to my car, I initially started wet sanding my heat shield so that I could polish it, but quickly lost intrest with it....
Then I decided to attempt and polish my stock header, so here it is...
after about 30mins of wet sanding

thought it looked pretty good.
and this is about 15mins of polishing

I think i will polish it a lil more tomorrow, but all in all I think it turned out great.

I think it's more of a safety thing rather than actually cooling down your engine bay since it keeps all the heat closer to the motor anyhow
If you have a carbon fiber hood, it would be ideal to keep it so it doesn't affect it, but with a metal hood, no worries.

im in the process of doing mine now. i thought i was going to have to use all sorts of different grits like i did for my valve cover.
but after using 320 grit i can easily see my reflection.
makes my life easier...
